Entry Form 2025 OSUSBC Jamboree Charity Tournament

Join us Friday, July 25th at 7:00pm for a fun Charity Bowling Tournament. Entry fee of $20 includes $16 for lineage and charity funds and $4 to the prize fund. 3-game handicap blind doubles tournament. Handicap: 90% of 230. Prize fund returned 100%. At least 1:4 will cash. Use 2024-25 average from bowl.com. If not available, 2023-24 average will be used. Back again this year is our Junior Division! Entry fee is $20. All Prizes paid to Smart account.
